The OrderPort Reports Module empowers wineries with seamless movement between dashboards and reports. The reports module does not rely on third-party applications to provide dynamic data visualization, peer comparisons, standardized industry reports, and custom reports.
Dashboards. Data visualization delivers dynamic performance snapshots for owners and managers. OrderPort includes sales by location and location performance, sales by customer type and customer performance, wine club membership, and sales by product type. Each data group is available by the day, month, and year over year comparison.
Region and State comparison dashboards enable wineries to see how they are doing as compared to peers by revenue, visitors, tastings, purchases, club signups, active members, club shipments, and club sales.
Standardized Reports. A comprehensive suite of standardized industry reports is included in the OrderPort reports module. Vetted by bookkeepers, CPAs and compliance service companies, the reports you need are available for viewing on your desktop, optimized for mobile viewing and downloadable for export.
Custom Reports. If the report you need is not available in our suite of standardized reports you can create it with the OrderPort Custom Report builder. My Reports enables wineries to choose the data for the report, build it, and save for recurring use.
