Meet Pinot! Your OrderPort Ai Agent
Pinot, OrderPort’s new AI assistant, is now available directly within System Admin. Ask questions in plain language to quickly find settings, understand features, navigate Admin, and get answers to common “how do I…” questions.
Pinot is designed to help you find answers faster, while our live Support team remains available seven days a week for personalized guidance and troubleshooting.
Try it today: Log in to System Admin and click the Pinot icon in the bottom-right corner.

UPS Access Points
UPS Access Points lets winery customers choose an alternate pickup location (like a UPS store or partner location) instead of a home delivery address - reducing missed deliveries and improving the customer experience.

Status Stamp & Prop 65 Warning Visibility Settings
You can now choose whether to display status stamps and Prop 65 warning text on customer receipts and invoices. New settings give you greater control over what appears on your customer-facing documents, including the option to hide Prop 65 messaging when it is not required.

Packing Slip Print Format Options
You can now choose how your packing slips are printed directly from the Fulfillment module. Keep the existing packing slip format or switch to the new integrated sticker format using the new Settings tab.
Your current format will remain the default unless you choose to update it.
