Members receive scheduled club releases with wines handpicked by the winery. You set the release frequency, bottle count, and wine types. Orders are paid automatically using the card on file, with options to pick up or ship. Membership perks apply online and in the tasting room

Customer Choice
Members start with a winemaker-selected release but can substitute or add wines, based on rules you define. You control what’s customizable, what’s available, and how much can be purchased. Members make their selections online or by a staff member, and modified orders are flagged for fulfillment.

Subscription Club
Ideal for modern consumers, this model gives members full control over what they buy and when. Customers are charged a fixed amount monthly, stored in their account for use online or in the tasting room.

Allocation Release
Customers are invited to purchase from a curated release with quantities allocated by wine and membership tier. Additional requests can be added to a wishlist and fulfilled based on availability at the end of the release period. Inventory is held once added to the cart and batch processed so approved wishlist items are bundled into one order for smooth, efficient fulfillment.

Case Club
When a customer buys a case in the tasting room, they’re automatically enrolled. There are no scheduled releases, just a year of wine discounts and a simple renewal when they buy another case over the course of the year. OrderPort tracks purchases, triggers renewal when a new case is reached, and alerts both you and the customer before their membership expires. No formal signup or card on file required, just a name and email at checkout. -
Loyalty Bottle Program
Reward regular buyers with automatic benefits based on bottle volume starting in the tasting room. You define the tiers, benefits, and qualifications.
