How long does onboarding take?
Most wineries go live in 4 to 8 weeks. We build your onboarding timeline around your season, whether that’s before club, after harvest, or mid-week quiet season.

Can you migrate our wine club and customer data?
Yes. We provide in house data migration of your club members, orders, products, customer profiles, and historical data, no extra charge.

Can I keep using my current hardware?
Often, yes. If your devices meet our requirements, we’ll help you keep what you have. If you’re ready to upgrade, we’ll recommend compatible options.

Can I keep my website?
Yes. If you’re happy with your current site, and it is not integrated with your prior DTC platform, we can integrate OrderPort’s webstore directly into it.
